Return and Refund Policy – Viral Outfits

At Viral Outfits, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please email us at snehagarg1478@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items or items purchased during promotions are not eligible for return or refund.
• Accessories, innerwear, and custom-made products are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
